Deleting columns in excel using apache poi

Hi All,
I want to delete rows 1 to 7 and rows 9,10 in a excel file.
Also,I want to delete column A,C,E and all blank columns.

I really dont know how to achieve this in Java with Apache POI. It would be very helpful if anybody can guide me on this. Thanks in advance. Its very urgent and important for me.
